It would be interesting to hear how long the judging period would be, however, as if there are even half of that number of hours worth of submissions, it will still take over a month probably (I'm guessing that unpaid judges aren't going to work 8 hour shifts for a month to judge this contest.#= # * Animated_Sprite Scripted by: RPG # Edited by: cybersam # i just removed the stuff that i dont need for my script. I'm guessing that the fan favorite candidates will end up getting narrowed quickly as people will choose which games to spend time trying out based on descriptions and screenshots. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more 30 minute games than full hour ones.Įither way, this will take some doing. Many of the games won't be a full hour of gameplay. Then you will have the inevitable list of people who don't fit the qualifications for one reason or another. I know that there have been several who have declared that they were not able to complete their submission for one reason or another. I'm not sure how many of the 311 that have joined(it may be more now, but that's the last number I noticed) will actually manage to submit. As for images - I did some in drawing myself, made on the computer but do you mind that there are real images mixed with a game with the basic graphics of rpg maker mz? I found copyright free images but they are real images and I don't know if you will use as criteria something like "What did this creator do? Nothing to do with mixing real images with games." Thank you very much in advance!! I would like to take away these doubts.Īh. I would like to clear two more questions about the project.ġ- There are more than 300 creators engaged in the contest, correct? Well, as obvious as it sounds, that means the wait to find out the winners will be during the time the 300+ games will be played, I suppose, am I correct? Up to 300 hours.Ģ-Taking advantage of question one, all of the more than 300 games submitted will be available for fans to rate: a) for how long or until what date? b) can anyone vote or do they need to be registered on itch.io? - I ask this because there are contests in which people only enter to vote only by nomination without even knowing why they are voting, that is, a creator can benefit from receiving votes from people who have not played the game. ![]()
